Each of our travel articles include original images, travel guides, tips, itineraries and other unique topics about your business or brand! These multimedia articles offer a stylistic look at what it is like to visit your establishment.

Our Process

  • Pre-Planning Strategy Call

We begin with a strategy call to get a better understanding of the hotels needs and spaces we will be shooting.


  • Overview and timeline

Next, we provide a timeline of our time on site and which spaces we will be shooting. We also invite the hotels to provide us with a detailed list of local excursions and 'hotspots' we might want to visit and outline in the article.


  • Details of Delivery

You'll receive a PDF outlining our agreed deliverables, timings for each deliverable, and the billing schedule for payment.



  • Arrival and shooting

We arrive at the hotel & meet with the staff to go over project details. We spend the next 2-4 days (depending on the size of the project) creating the content, posting about the experience, and completing the photos & video needs for this project.

  • Departure & Initial Deliverables

Within 7 days of departure, the hotel receives three 5-star reviews from our Google Guide accounts, the custom video for the hotel, as well as an 'image preview' of our photoshoot on site!

  • Content Delivery & Article Approval

Within 30 days, the hotel will receive the completed article to approve for publication! The hotel team has 15 days for approvals.

  • Article Release & Final Content Delivery

Once the article is approved, team members will receive a final email containing links to all the edited images & video, Article, links to postings, and a custom URL slug where they can share the content with colleagues & friends!
