The Space:

This expansive Villa offers 250m² of indoor spaces allowing guests to gather & entertain or seek their own private spaces that span three separate floors. The property is surrounded by a generous 5000m² of garden and wild forest providing complete privacy from the outside world. The villa's heated infinity pool overlooks the Golfe de Cannes, the Provencal hills & lake of St. Cassien.

The Villa also features two indoor fully equipped kitchens as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill overlooking the sea. The large dining room can comfortably accommodate 14 guests and features a pool table for after dinner gatherings.

The spacious living area overlooks the vista and swimming pool. Natural light and calm sea breezes invite guests to nap after an afternoon in the sun. Comfortable and stylish linen couches complement the living room perfectly and welcome guests for a relaxing nap. On the terrace surrounding the villa you can enjoy lunch by the pool or an aperitif while enjoying the panoramic view. In the evening, the living room is the ideal place to relax and watch a movie or enjoy a good book. The terrace is also the perfect spot to stargaze and admire the night sky.

The Sleeping Quarters —
There are four main sleeping rooms:

1 master suite on the main level of the house equipped with an ensuite bathroom & direct access to the pool deck

1 upstairs suite complete with private terrace, adjacent office/sunroom, ensuite bathroom, private entrance, and fireplace

On the lower level, you will find 2 master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a private patio and direct access to the lower garden and grilling area
